I started with thorough briefing meetings to get under the skin of customer requirements when marriage documents have to be translated and legalised. There's lots at stake – not least the successful completion of a wedding in a distant place. TLC UK goes to extraordinary lengths to look after their customers and take the hassle out of this 'boring-but-vital' part of wedding planning. The voice and tone of the writing would be critical to make a dry subject engaging and clearly communicate the importance of a high-quality translation and legalisation service.
The search engines had to be kept happy too. Carefully placement of identified page keyword sets help SEO search terms perform well, whilst not distracting human readers from their visit to the site. And of course there was the close liaison with the client's web team to ensure that the words worked perfectly with the distinctive site design.
TLC UK received first draft copy within the agreed deadline. Next came several weeks of hard copy and online review, testing and appraisal by TLC UK and travel industry contacts. When they had finished, the site went live from its first draft with only minor amends. The TLC UK legalisation and translation site was up and ready for business.
